I can not express enough, how amazing the staff was to my family in our time in need. My son, who is 19 years old, cat passed away Friday and he was really upset, and uneasy about Wuc not being with him. My son wanted to have her cremated. I have never had a pet cremated before, nor did I know who, when or where to have her cremated. I went online and immediately started looking. I called to a couple of companies to compare prices and how long it would take. I then call Carolina Pet Crematory in Greenville NC and once I told him my son's cat had passed away, he treated our phone conversation like Wuc was a human. He had compassion for my son lost. We were over an hour away from his location and it was a Saturday. The staff did not have a problem meeting with us, , knowing it wasn't normal hours.. I was met at Carolina Pet Cremation and once Wuc was given to the gentleman, he proceeded to treat Wuc as a true family member. He told us how sorry he was for our lost. He made sure we were able to say our good bye's. On Monday I received a phone call stating, Wuc was ready to come home. Staff knew we were over a hour away and willing to stay longer than there hours of operation if we were able to make before they were close. We brought Wuc home in a beautiful tin can along with a ceramic paw print with a beautiful poem. They went about and beyond their call of duty. They will never understand what they did for us. I am very grateful for the staff and services.

Justin and the staff at Carolina Pet Crematory helped me a lot when I lost my dog. They could not have been more empathetic to my situation. Losing a pet isn't easy for anyone but they helped make the process as smooth as possible.
